-Day at my dad's workplace-

As you can see, I'm sort of behind in my blog posts,but no worries! Just forget I'm writing about this in the future. I'm just going to talk in present tense, pretending this all happened today, capiche?

Okay, today is Take your kids to work day, which also means that I'm not in school. (Yay! <-- no, I'm just joking......sorta...)

When I first arrived at my dad's workplace, the first co-worker I met, and said to me: "It's coffee break right now, would you like some coffee? Or would you like to drink tea?"  

I was like "uhhh.... tea please?" (because I don't like or drink coffee)<-- It's (coffee's) bad for your health ;D

Oh right! I didn't mention what my dad works as, have I? Okay then, he works in a printing company, called the

Canadian Printco ltd. I'm not sure which position my dad works though. It's because at the company my dad works at, there are many jobs and stations. It was pretty interesting. ;D I want to go there again =)

So, when I was there, I was walking and exploring the place. (with an escort of course) I watched lots of people work. There was so many machines there! So much printers!! My head gets dizzy when I think about it....

For the first half of the morning, a woman named Birdy (yes, that's her real name) showed me around and explained how and what the company does. She was in charge of the jobs that the printing company has to carry out, she also was in charge of the orders and stuff...

After that, I was escorted to another woman named May Jean. She was in charge of the layout of the books.

It was really interesting. She was working with many computers, but the bad thing was that most of the computers were slow....

After that, we had lunch. (well, i had lunch with my dad. I ate instant noodles ;D)

And for the whole afternoon, I was following my dad and watching everything he did. (at that time, I seriously felt like a stalker.. -_-''') But, it was pretty fun and interesting! (even though, this has nothing to do with work day, sort of, the thing that fascinated me the most was the rubber ball, made of rubber bands on my dad's desk...he said that his coworker gave it to him...... hmmm... >.>)

I went home at 2:30 (and went straight to tutoring.... -_-''')

Overall, the day was pretty fun! :D

Can't wait to go to school tomorrow! (remember, I'm still writing as if I wrote this blog on that day ;P)
